Floating Restaurant or Conference venue:  

By making use of lightweight equipment the team must construct a floating restaurant or conference room.

Once constructed tables and chairs are brought on board to seat up to 30 people per boat, larger groups will be building more than one boat.

This activity provides for a meal or sundowner with a difference.
