Corporate Challenge Team Building

The group is split into teams and each team is presented with a program card with their timings indicated as to where & when to be.

The teams then rotate from one activity to the next in such a way that each team participates against different teams at different activities.

Teams are measured through a fun system of rewards and the team with the most rewards claims the Serious Fun Factory Challenge trophy - made from glass at Shades of N'Gwenya glass factory.

The format encourages maximum integration of the group and it is a very simple formula. The number of activity centres must be an odd number and the numer of teams must be twice the number of activity centres. (Examples 60 pax, 3 activities - 6 teams; 100 pax 5 activities 10 teams).

Special individual awards for outstanding, or otherwise, performances are also offered.

And for a lasting memory the event can be recorded.
